The new Ford automobiles for 1942 went on display at local dealers today: the Jordan-Ivers Company, the Herpel-Gillespie Company, and George Jones, Inc. (Automobile production would cease shortly after the declaration of war on December 8, 1941 and would not resume for four years.)
